Appointments & attendance
Arriving on time and giving notice when plans change helps us keep appointments available for everyone.
Arriving on time
Please arrive 5–10 minutes before your appointment. If you arrive after your scheduled time, you will need to reschedule. A missed-appointment fee may apply. Exceptions may be made for understandable circumstances.
