Telephone appointments are available for specific, limited medical situations only.

The specific reasons for telephone visits are:

• Reviewing test results and Reassessment

• Follow-up on a condition already assessed in person

• Preventive care and screening discussions

• Urinary tract infections (UTIs, Bladder Infections)

• Tick bites

• Skin issues (if photos have already been submitted)

• Situations where Dr. Stewart specifically offered the option of a phone visit

Telephone appointments are reserved for appropriate medical situations only. If a telephone appointment is booked for an inappropriate reason:

• The appointment will be cancelled without notice,

• You will not be notified, and

• No phone call will occur at the scheduled time

Telephone appointments are only available during certain blocks of time each day, usually late afternoons.

Usually, one evening per week, Dr. Stewart offers an evening block of time for telephone visits too. The day of the week will vary and depend on Dr. Stewart’s availability. The Online Booking will show the available time slots each day and evening.

Telephone appointments are scheduled for a specific time.

Dr. Stewart will make every effort to call on time, but calls may occur up to 20 minutes before or after the scheduled time.

Please ensure you are available during this window.

Missed telephone appointments are subject to a $25 no-show fee.
