Before your appointment

Help us plan your visit

  • Please book for one main concern. Tell staff when booking if you have several concerns. You may need more than one appointment so we can properly address them all.
  • For an in-person visit, bring your health card. It is often most helpful to bring all your medications in their original containers, including pill bottles, boxes, puffers, vitamins, and supplements.
  • For a telephone visit, make sure we have the right phone number and be somewhere private where you can talk.

Need to cancel or change your visit?

If you booked online, use the links in your confirmation email to cancel or reschedule your appointment, even when the clinic is closed.

You can also call the clinic. Please give as much notice as possible so we can offer the appointment to another patient.

Fees may apply if you arrive late or miss an appointment without giving proper notice.
